These recipes have been tried and tested on my family and contain hints and tips on how to adapt them to accommodate different family members' likes and dislikes.ย There are also lots of hidden vegetables to boost the veggies in our kids' diets!

I'm a big fan of having family meals together.ย Schedules don't always allow for it but we try to have a family supper 3 or 4 times a week.ย Slowly the childrens' palates adapt to more sophisticated food and you move away from having to eat spaghetti bolognese or sausages every time you have a family meal!
