– 2 tbsp ground flax seeds – 60 ml water – 150 g dark chocolate (70%) – 100 g coconut oil – 150 g ground almonds – 120 g dark muscovado sugar – 50 g gluten-free plain flour – 40 g cacao powder – 1 tsp baking powder – ¼ tsp salt – 140 ml oat milk – 120g cooked beetroot – 1 tsp vanilla extract

Pour into brownie tin and bake
