Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing the tahini, tamari, lemon juice and water in a small jug or cup.
2 tablespoon tahini, 1 tablespoon water, 2 teaspoon tamari or gluten-free soy sauce, 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Serve the green beans (and walnuts) in a dish with the tahini sauce drizzled over the top, garnished with a sprinkling of sesame seeds on top.
Notes
As different air fryers take different times to cook, the first time you make this dish, check you green beans after 9 or 10 minutes to see if they are browned enough.
Thicker green beans will take longer to cook than the really thin green beans.
Cut green beans are usually the thicker type whereas the frozen whole green beans are usually the thinner variety.
To use fresh green beans instead, top and tail the green beans, rinse them under water and then put them in the air fryer to cook for 5 minutes at 180°C/350°F. Then, mix or spray the beans with the olive oil and seasoning, and air fry for a further 5 minutes at 200°C/400°F
