Vegan and Gluten-Free Air Fryer Recipes
The air fryer is nothing short of remarkable! ย In our household it is used to quickly make meals, re-heat leftovers, toast nuts, make crispy kale, make croutons with stale sourdough bread, and of course to make fries (and actually lots of other veggie sides!)!
Being much smaller than an oven, it warms up incredibly quickly and cooks faster than an oven would because it is a more intense heat with a much smaller fan area. ย It's incredibly useful for making fast or crispy food.
