Often breakfast is full of gluten, eggs and dairy so people find it hard to think of what you might eat if you were gluten-free and vegan. Here you'll find my tried and tested recipes for the best vegan and gluten-free breakfasts!
Normally during the week my breakfast will be a quick piece of toast with nut butter or hummus or I whizz up a smoothie to drink at my desk. On colder mornings, we love to have porridge (made with nut milk). When I have more time at the weekends or during the holidays then I like to go to a little more effort. My very favourite is a vegan full English fry-up (scrambled tofu, vegan bacon, baked beans, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes, and wilted spinach). Honestly, nowadays, I think it is so much more delicious than the meat based version!
