Camilla Sanderson
Camilla Sanderson is a Leiths-trained chef, lawyer and busy mum of three, living as a British expat in Qatar and blogging about healthy vegan and gluten-free cooking for family living and easy entertaining on her blog, www.cookingwithcamilla.com. Camilla trained as a chef at Leiths School of Food and Wine, graduating with Distinction and winning prizes for Highest Theory Exam Mark (92.1%), Wine Student of the Year Runner Up (98%) and Third in the year in the Practical Exam. She went on to start-up a luxury eco hamper business called "Turnham Green" with a fellow Leiths graduate, making their own delicious jams, chutneys, biscuits and treats for the ultimate indulgence with a conscience. Passionate about health and nutrition, Camilla recently studied Nutrition Science with an intensive 10 week course at Stanford Center for Health Education, achieving an overall grade of 96%.-
